Job summary

Capgemini Invent is hiring for a FinOps-focused role in the United States. You will lead end-to-end FinOps activities, analyzing AWS, Azure, and GCP billing to drive cost visibility and optimization.

Build dashboards and reporting for engineering, finance, and leadership, and develop tagging strategies and cost allocation models. You will collaborate across teams to translate cost insights into actionable improvements, forecast spend, and mentor junior staff while maintaining high analytical

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in cloud cost management, IT finance, FP&A, or technology consulting.
• Hands-on with cloud billing and cost-management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets and modern BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FinOps activities: cost visibility, allocation, optimization, forecasting.
• Analyze AWS, Azure and GCP billing to identify savings opportunities and waste reduction.
• Build cost dashboards and reporting for engineering, finance, and leadership.
• Develop tagging strategies and cost-allocation models.
• Optimize cloud spend using Savings Plans, RI and committed-use discounts.
• Partner with teams to translate cost insights into action.
• Coach junior staff and maintain high analytical quality.
