Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking a Finnish Speaking Streaming Platform Support Representative to join our expanding team. You will assist Finnish-speaking users via email, live chat and phone, helping with account setup, streaming issues and content availability.

You will document interactions in the CRM, work with cross-functional teams, stay updated on platform changes, and strive for high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer support or technical assistance preferred.
• Understanding of streaming technology and UX best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer satisfaction focus.
• Familiarity with CRM or support ticketing tools helpful.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
