speakit is seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Greece. You will deliver best-in-class service, resolve issues, and contribute to reducing churn.

The role requires native Finnish and advanced English, relocation to Athens, and participation in a 14-pay-year salary package with comprehensive training and health benefits.

We are looking for Customer Support Specialists to provide a best in-class customer service and resolution to company's customers. As the company continues to support the growing customer base, they are looking to onboard outstanding employees capable of increasing customer loyalty and reducing customer churn.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by providing consistent, timely and accurate customer support
• Leverage analytics to proactively outreach to the existing customer base, to improve customer outcomes and their success with the application throughout the customer lifecycle
• Use Project Management skills to help the team generate and execute on ideas to enhance overall customer success
• Resell the value and benefits of the company, up-sell/cross-sell services and products to increase customer satisfaction
• Cross functional internal collaboration to advocate for the voice of the customer to all relevant stakeholders internally and with our channel partners
• Demonstrate an ability to create partnerships and manage relationships to investigate and resolve customer issues

Requirements
