Responsibilities

  • Follow/train labeling, packaging, and finishing procedures.
  • Assist/train in equipment setup and operation.
  • Perform/train Good Documentation Practices.
  • Assist/train in completion of batch record materials.
  • Train Master Control and its use.
  • Track training completion for all individuals.
  • Engage/train in CGMP practices and continuous quality improvements.
  • Train new hires and existing staff.

Overview of this Position:

Facilitate the completion of tasks related to onboarding new hire trainees. Responsible for offering training in job-specific areas. Teach specific areas of knowledge or on-the-job capabilities needed for certain positions. Coordinate applicable training tasks with the training coordinator and area supervisors to meet all guidelines of established procedures and cGMP regulations. Assist in on-the-job, instructor led, and read/understand trainings. Support Finishing Area tasks, as needed.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
  • 1+ years relevant experience in an FDA regulated environment or a college degree equivalent.
  • Knowledge of QA principles and procedures in a pharma, biopharma, and/or biotech manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical packaging of regulated products with a thorough understanding of cGMP, FDA guidelines and multinational regulatory standards required.
  • Knowledgeable of GMP standards and the ability to follow CFR guidelines.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must have proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist with training of Master Control and its general use.
  • Track/verify that all individuals have completed necessary training courses.

  • Train new hires as well as veteran employees.
  • Actively participate in Continuous Quality and Safety Improvements.
