Allegion in Snoqualmie, WA is seeking a Pre-Finisher for Technical Glass Products to prepare metal door and frame components for coating. You will fit glazing beads, perform final surface prep, and work with sanding/grinding tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, assisting in SOP development, training teammates, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. Schedule: Mon–Thu 5:00 AM–3:30 PM with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in manufacturing environment.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Able to read blueprints & drawings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform final fitting of glazing beads on assemblies.
• Sand and clean surfaces to be coated.
• Assist in SOP development for pre-finishing activities.
• Assist in welding cells when needed.
• Operate power/hand tools and equipment; follow safety regs.
• Maintain clean work area; assist in cleaning common areas.
• Train additional team members.
