Job summary

Allegion in Snoqualmie, WA is seeking a Powder Coat Processor for Technical Glass Products. You will prepare surfaces, operate coating equipment, and ensure proper cure and quality. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and working within a 5-stage pre-finishing system.

The position is full-time, on-site, with wages around $22–$23 per hour depending on experience, and overtime may be required. Training on equipment is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Entry level; manufacturing or powder coating experience preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify differences in color.
• Willing to work in a team and meet tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation, maintenance and record keeping of the 5-stage pre-finishing system.
• Prepare parts for rework to correct coating defect.
• Apply coatings in accordance with manufacturer Technical Data Sheet and ensure proper cure time and temperature.
• Perform quality certification testing and record results on corresponding load-bar routing traveler.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
