Allegion's Technical Glass Products facility in Snoqualmie, WA is hiring a Production Finish Welder for a full-time role. You will set up, weld and finish parts across TGP product lines, working Monday to Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include MIG/TIG welding, reading blueprints, verifying dimensions, maintaining tools, and training teammates. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy and collaborative problem solving in a high-performance shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience.
• Proficiency with MIG and thin gauge welding techniques.
• Proficiency with sanding and grinding techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints, production drawings and technical drawings.
• Able to complete tasks within limited timeframes.
• Strong organizational and math skills.
• Maintains schedule despite interruptions.

Responsabilités

• Perform welding with high attention to detail.
• Coordinate with supervisors for work scheduling.
• Check material for defects and correct dimensions.
• Verify all operations per documents.
• Report issues and inconsistencies.
• Use NCRs for non-conforming materials/operations.
• Initiate corrective actions to resolve NCRs.
