Job summary

Sheridan Kentucky is seeking hardworking individuals to operate and set up high-speed bindery equipment on a third shift. No bindery experience required; training provided, with a path to learn skilled equipment and advance.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production floor, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, follow safety procedures, and contribute to quality, OT opportunities, PTO and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Pride in doing quality work
• Reliable and able to work well with a team
• Bonus: press, bindery or finishing experience
• Bonus: experience setting up/adjusting production equipment

Responsibilities
