Job summary

Q, LLC in Dover, NH is seeking a Part Handling & Finishing Operator I to process firearm components through finishing, cleaning, and preparation steps, ensuring parts meet quality standards before moving to the next manufacturing stage. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and capable of following written procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and SOPs.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing and tumbling operations to prep components.
• Process components through heat-treat and HET steps.
• Wash, clean, and prepare parts for inspection, coating, or shipment.
• Apply protective oil and prepare components for Cerakote or assembly.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and complete production documentation.
