SUMMARY
This person is responsible for ensuring our fabrics are of the highest quality and produced according to our SOPs and customer specifications per style. The role requires working safely, with constant visual control, accountability, transparency, and effective communication cross-functionally within face finishing and between other departments.

- Know your work area and all safety rules. Work safely within your area, following all work instructions and customer specifications to ensure our fabrics meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Review and understand all paperwork and customer specifics before starting processes like napping, sueding, or lamination. Ask questions in advance to avoid rework, which is time-consuming and costly.
- Be mindful of efficiency and strive to produce high-quality fabric quickly. Maintain constant motion and visual contact across the entire fabric width; sitting is prohibited. Patrol the entire width and length of the fabric and machine to detect defects.
- Maintain housekeeping, productivity, quality, safety, and teamwork by assisting coworkers.
- Foster an environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Ensure daily production goals are met.
- Receive verbal instructions, gather work tools, store them properly, and obtain supplies.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED required.
