Pixartprinting is excited to announce the opening of a new facility in Warrendale, Pittsburgh (PA). We are seeking a skilled Print Finishing Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining cutting and binding equipment, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to production schedules. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of various cutting and binding techniques and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Load material onto the cutting and binding machines and supervise it during the process.
• Check for proper matching and alignment of pages.
• Check the quality of the work done.
• Unload the finished product from the machinery and report any errors during the cutting and binding process.
• Ensure proper calibration and setup of the cutting and binding machine based on specific job requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the cutting and binding machine to ensure optimal performance.
• Package the finished product and print the waybill for shipment.
• Use the management system during the different stages of processing.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the role in structured companies.
• Good knowledge of cutting and stapling machines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the use of a PC.
• Willingness to work shifts.
