Job summary

WestRock Company seeks a Finishing Lead to oversee daily finishing operations in Dallas, ensuring timely production of high-quality products. You will act as a technical resource, supporting performance, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include coordinating workflows, reviewing setups, ensuring material availability, and guiding operators through machine startup and runs. Emphasis on Lean practices and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with affixing machines.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and communicate instructions to team members.
• English communication skills (reading/writing).
• Understanding of production processes and quality standards.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily finishing operations to meet production goals.
• Review work orders and setup specifications for accuracy.
