Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions seeks an Operations Lead to bridge leadership and the production floor. You will lead by example, develop employees, solve problems, and ensure safe, efficient production while delivering high-quality results for customers.

In this hands-on role, you will coordinate schedules, set priorities, and foster a culture of accountability. You will drive continuous improvement and collaborate across departments to keep operations running smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read schedules, blueprints, work instructions, reports, and production documentation.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and production standards in manufacturing.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor by setting the example for safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.
• Coordinate schedules and priorities to keep production on track.
• Coach employees and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor SQDC performance and address issues.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support training and development of team members.
