You will lead a production team, implement process improvements, manage budgets, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance to optimize reliability and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing or production management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of ISO quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and safety compliance.
• Lead and develop production staff, including training and performance management.
• Monitor production schedules to meet KPI targets and optimize workflow.
• Implement quality control measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance on equipment upgrades and maintenance.
