Job summary

WestRock Company is seeking a Converting Supervisor to lead safe and efficient production at our Corrugated Container facility. You will set performance expectations, drive KPI attainment, supervise machine productivity and quality, and coach team members on shift.

The role requires 3+ years of converting supervisory experience, strong lean and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a lean environment and continuous improvement.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coach and train employees.
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient production operations on the Converting lines.
• Communicate performance expectations to meet production targets and KPIs.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members on shift.
• Monitor daily goals and report metrics on the plant scorecard.
• Manage workforce planning, schedules, and attendance adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production needs.
• Lead daily management system activities to track progress.
