Job summary

MCC in the United States is seeking a Finishing Manager to lead all operations in the Finishing Department, driving safety, productivity and quality.

You will coach teams, develop capacity plans, monitor performance, and participate in long-term planning to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role requires Lean manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams; travel minimal.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of High School Diploma, with some college education preferred.
  • Requires 5 plus years of progressively responsible experience, including scheduling and real time operations management.
  • Strong experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Fulfillment.
  • Must have Lean Manufacturing experience.
  • Demonstrated change management leadership skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills.
  • Solid ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organization skills.
  • Exceptional problem resolution and analysis skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Prior experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Minimal travel as necessary.

We are currently looking for a Finishing Manager to join our team! The Finishing Manager manages overall operations in the Finishing Department. Overall responsibility for the effective and successful leadership of labor, productivity, quality, and safety improvement. Ensures safe and efficient operations, enhances operational procedures, and drives continuous improvement through use of Lean/VM tools. Drives positive culture through active and timely involvement of teammates and resources.

Responsibilities:
