Job summary

CCL Industries Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Finishing Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift finishing team on a 10-hour schedule Monday through Friday. The role focuses on safe, efficient production that meets customer specs and quality standards.

You will supervise, coach, and develop production staff, coordinate staffing and workflow, monitor productivity and downtime, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve cost, safety, delivery, and quality goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing, printing, converting, or production experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
• Experience in finishing/manufacturing processes preferred.
• Printing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and department performance.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop production team members.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are achieved.
• Coordinate staffing, training, workflow priorities, and resource allocation.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, downtime, waste, and performance.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production reports and communicate updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
