UPM Adhesive Materials is seeking a Machine Operator for the Mills River facility to run finishing and coating equipment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The role involves cross-training across production areas and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

The position is full-time with a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior manufacturing experience and strong teamwork are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing and coating equipment safely to produce high-quality products meeting customer specs.
• Cross-train across production areas and build skills.
• Monitor product quality and report safety or process concerns promptly.
• Support continuous improvement and provide effective shift handovers.
• Safely move materials and operate forklifts and reel movers as needed.
