Qualifications

• Must be able to work a rotating 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor looms to ensure safe, efficient fabric production.
• Thread, repair warp and filling breaks, and perform routine inspections.
• Maintain loom efficiency and meet performance goals.
• Complete Pine Mountain Plant Daily Communication Worksheet each shift and pull Barco reports for metrics.
