Woods Equipment Company, part of Oregon Tool, Inc., is hiring for an on-site manufacturing role. The position involves assembling mechanical units, painting components, and loading materials. You will follow safety procedures, read blueprints, and work with hand tools to meet production tolerances.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and up to 1 year of related experience. Day shift, 5am–3:30pm, with overtime as needed; benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; up to 1 year related experience or training.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE; maintain clean work area.
• Read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers in a plant environment.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate under supervision to complete finished products with accuracy.
• Assemble mechanical units and work to close tolerances.
• Use common tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.).
• Prepare surfaces and apply paints or enamels as needed.
• Scan work orders, verify serials, and update status.
• Load/unload materials with crane/jib and forklift as trained.
• Maintain safety and efficiency to meet production goals.
