Job summary

Woods Equipment Company, part of the Oregon Tool, Inc. family, is seeking a Painter II to apply powder coatings to frames and parts using Wagner electrostatic spray guns on a moving conveyor line, ensuring consistent quality and production efficiency.

Under supervision, you will support a clean, safe work environment and follow established coating processes while maintaining throughput and quality. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and strong communication and safety mindset.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year powder coating experience.
• Ability to wear supplied air hood.
• Clear communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coat finishes using a Wagner Electrostatic spray gun.
• Maintain transfer efficiency on a moving conveyor line.
• Read and match color tags to coating processes.
• Support a clean, safe work environment and assist production as needed.
