Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee the deployment of finished goods to 3PL locations and to maintain accurate inventory records across sites. The role includes cycle counts, aging inventory management, and coordination with AR for invoice reconciliations.

The candidate will manage POs for finished goods, ensure timely transactions in Netsuite, and lead month-end inventory close activities while supporting supply chain leadership in optimizing inventory health.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2 years work experience in similar field.
• Strong communication in English (reading/writing).
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel with data analysis abilities.
• Urgency and business health awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finished goods deployment to 3PL and maintain inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories; drive accuracy.
• Manage aged/inventory liquidation, donation, or destruction processes.
• Oversee finished goods PO issuance and receiving.
• Monitor daily inventory transactions and ensure accuracy in Netsuite.
• Coordinate with Logistics for on-time delivery and transfer orders.
