This property features 6 on-site food and beverage outlets, a 24-hour arcade, 2 heated pools, and over 800 rooms and suites. We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Finish Carpenter in construction or hospitality settings.
• Experience with maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall, and drywall patching.

Job Details

Pay Rate: $22.88 per hour

Shift Pattern: Full availability required, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Construct, inspect, repair, maintain, and dismantle structures, furniture, woodwork, doors, windows, ceilings, tile, drywall, and hardware to ensure a safe, attractive, and well-maintained facility.
• Inspect and diagnose problems, take measurements, and make adjustments to ensure safe operation of guest rooms and facilities.
• Maintain and repair doors, furniture, hardware, and windows; hang artwork and headboards.
• Perform shop work to repair or build furniture, identifying types and grades of wood and hardware materials.
