As a Bathroom Remodeler on our Orlando team, you will deliver five-star shower installations and bath remodels, working closely with our Installation Manager, Lead Installers, Trainers, and operations staff.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Experience or eagerness to learn carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction
• Basic hand and power tool knowledge
• Attention to detail and ability to read a tape measure
• Valid Driver’s License and smartphone for company systems

A Day in the Life

• Meet at warehouse at 6:30AM, load trucks
• Drive to customer homes, establish rapport
• Perform controlled demolition, install new fixtures, update plumbing
• Clean up and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle paperwork and return to warehouse
