Maui Divers Jewelry in Kahului, Hawaii, is seeking an Associate to represent the brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, educate customers on products, and maintain CRM data for follow-up via phone or email.

This role requires strong communication, service mindset, and ability to work in a team within a retail environment. Responsibilities include daily sales tasks, assisting with price changes, inventory, and store maintenance while upholding safety and visual

Qualifications

• 2 years prior sales experience preferred, preferably in a commission-based environment.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite; POS system, basic math and cash handling experience.
• Prior experience with Salesforce software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drives total store results by achieving sales per hour goals.
• Sell based on turn system and romance techniques.
• Educate customers on products and promotions.
• Enter customer data into CRM and follow up via phone or email.
• Handle returns, special orders, layaway, and sizing requests.
• Open/Close: handle cash, jewelry, and store cleanliness.
