Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.
• Educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs; support events and inventory.
• Maintain an organized, shoppable space and accurate stock presentation.
