Macy's Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex is seeking a Sales Colleague to provide outstanding service and expert guidance to customers seeking luxury jewelry pieces. You will educate clients on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, while building lasting relationships through consultative selling and our clientele program.

Daily duties include promoting loyalty and warranty programs, supporting inventory and events, and ensuring secure, impeccably presented merchandise.
