Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will bring elegance, expertise, and personalized service, helping customers choose pieces for special moments.

You will educate customers on metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, build lasting relationships through consultative selling and our loyalty program, and support inventory, events, and secure presentation of merchandise.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related sales experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to educate customers on fine jewelry and warranties.
