Macy’s Fine Jewelry Department is seeking a dedicated Sales Colleague to provide exceptional customer service and expert guidance in selecting fine jewelry pieces. You’ll build lasting client relationships, promote loyalty programs, and support inventory and events while maintaining a premium shopping environment.

Eligible candidates will have strong communication, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

• Provide outstanding customer service in Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.
• Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and clienteling.
• Drive sales by leveraging product knowledge and loyalty programs.

Responsabilités

• Promote loyalty and warranty programs and support inventory and fulfillment.
• Maintain secure and impeccable presentation of merchandise and assist events.
• Engage customers with warm, personalized conversations to reach sales goals.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and promoting offers.
• Use POS and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience.
