Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to provide outstanding service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You’ll offer elegant, informed guidance to help customers select pieces for life’s moments, while building lasting client relationships and promoting loyalty programs.

Responsibilities include inventory, fulfillment, and supporting events, ensuring secure, accurately presented merchandise and a premium shopping experience. This is a full-time role with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience required.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Provide product recommendations, assisting with fittings and digital shopping tools.
