Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands while building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities include promoting loyalty programs, supporting inventory and events, and ensuring accurate stock presentation. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience required.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Provide product recommendations and assist with fittings using digital shopping tools.
• Drive sales and client loyalty through organized, customer-focused service.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
