Macy's in Hawaii seeks a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands while building lasting client relationships.

You will promote loyalty and warranty programs, support inventory, and help present merchandise with impeccable presentation. The role requires 1-2 years of related experience and a passion for fine craftsmanship. Full-time hours include weekends.

Formación

• Customer service experience in a retail environment.

• Comfort using POS and digital shopping tools.
