Job summary

Macy’s in Auburn, MA is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague who delivers outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, combining elegance, expertise, and personalized service to help customers choose pieces for life’s moments.

You will build lasting client relationships through consultative selling, promote loyalty and warranty programs, assist with inventory and events, and ensure secure, pristine presentation of merchandise while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience required.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Provide product recommendations and assist with fittings.
• Drive sales and client loyalty through consultative selling and vendor training.
