JCPenney in Houston is seeking a Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate to be the resident guru around all things Fine Jewelry in the store. You will educate customers on how our merchandise can enrich their lives and help them make confident choices.

You will engage customers to meet sales goals through product knowledge, participate in inventory and store operations, and support the iCAP program as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• Ability to meet sales goals with product knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
