JCPenney is seeking a Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate to become the resident guru for all things Fine Jewelry in the store. You will educate customers on product attributes, drive sales, and contribute to a premium shopping experience.

Role includes inventory tasks, adherence to safety and performance standards, and a 1% commission on qualifying merchandise plus 10% on Service and Care plans. Eligible associates receive standard benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – Approaches customers in a friendly manner to engage, determine needs, and help customers make decisions about desired product or service.
• General Operations – Participates in inventory processes and stock movements, ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
• Performance Standards – Supports shrink and safety initiatives and meets performance standards including iCAP, sales, service, and attendance.
