Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate to be the resident guru for Fine Jewelry across the store. You will educate customers on product attributes, drive sales, and maintain an engaging, polished sales floor.

You will also participate in inventory activities, support iCAP processes, and uphold standards for safety, attendance, and profitability while earning commissions on qualified merchandise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• Demonstrated ability to engage customers and drive sales.
• Ability to educate customers on Fine Jewelry products.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers to assess needs and close sales of Fine Jewelry.
• Coordinate inventory and participate in store operations and housekeeping.
