Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate to be the resident expert on our Fine Jewelry in-store assortment. You will educate customers, drive sales, and contribute to building a loyal clientele through exceptional service.

You will also participate in inventory processes, support iCAP initiatives, and uphold store standards while earning commissions on qualified merchandise and care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
