Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate who acts as the resident guru around all things Fine Jewelry in the store. You will educate customers on product attributes and drive sales while contributing to iCAP processes and strong customer relationships.

Primary responsibilities include engaging customers, participating in inventory and stock processes, ensuring a clean store, and meeting performance standards. Competitive wage with commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Work experience - Minimum of 2 years retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - Approaches customers in a friendly manner to engage, determine needs, and help customers make decisions about desired product or service.
• GeneraI Operations - Participates in inventory processes (annual inventory, cycle counts, system uploads, stock ledger, RFID scans, etc.) and Merchandising Transfer Out activities; maintains a clean, organized store environment.
• Performance Standards - Supports company shrink and safety initiatives and meets performance standards including iCAP, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
