Grown Brilliance, represented by Leap, is seeking a Full Time Sales Advisor in Boston to create meaningful connections, deliver personalized service, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

The role offers hourly pay ($19–$24) with commission eligibility and growth opportunities. You will develop product knowledge, engage customers from greeting to checkout, and help maintain a polished sales floor while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in luxury, premium, or relationship-driven retail.
• Ability to build authentic client relationships and meet sales goals.
• Strong product storytelling and communications to educate clients.
• Polished presence; confident client interactions with empathy.
• Willingness to learn and support busy store operations.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful customer connections through authentic engagement and personalized recommendations.
• Provide an elevated shopping experience by understanding customer needs.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm.
• Support store goals through proactive engagement and selling.
• Develop product knowledge to educate customers and build purchase confidence.
• Assist customers from engagement to checkout.
• Maintain a ready store by supporting merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory tasks, shipments, and daily tasks.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties.
• Follow policies to ensure a consistent experience.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to reach goals.
