Leap is seeking a passionate Sales Advisor for a Grown Brilliance boutique in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Build meaningful connections with customers, deliver personalized recommendations, and reflect the brand story through thoughtful selling.

You will support daily store operations, open/close as needed, and collaborate with teammates to maintain a polished, customer-ready environment. Prior CRM and retail tech experience helps; 18+ and flexible hours required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in luxury, premium, specialty retail or related service.
• Ability to build authentic client relationships and meet sales goals.
• Strong product storytelling and communication skills.
• Professional presence with empathy and good judgment.
• Motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM/retail tech (Endear/Shopify/Slack/Google Workspace) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with personalized recommendations.
• Educate clients about products and brand stories to build purchase confidence.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Support store goals through proactive engagement and selling.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and daily operations.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties as needed.
