Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in luxury retail or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Experience selling fine jewelry, watches, or high‑value items preferred.
• Jewelry, gemology, or luxury brand education is a plus.
• Experience with POS and CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warm, personalized, anticipatory service for resort guests and members.
• Build genuine client relationships based on trust, discretion, and understanding of preferences.
• Provide expert guidance on jewelry style, materials, designers, craftsmanship, occasion, and budget.
• Conduct sales transactions accurately with POS and client information management.
• Maintain impeccable presentation of jewelry displays and merchandise.
