Nemacolin Woodlands Resort is seeking a Luxury Retail Associate to deliver elevated service across premier outlets. You will blend hospitality with retail expertise, create genuine connections with guests, and provide tailored product recommendations.

You'll manage transactions, maintain impeccable presentation, collaborate with resort departments, and uphold luxury standards in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or a comparable guest-facing environment.
• Impeccable presentation, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Warm, proactive, and highly personalized service for resort guests and members.
• Genuine connections to anticipate needs and offer tailored product recommendations.
• Expert storytelling around merchandise, designers, materials, and brand heritage.
• Accurate and discreet execution of sales transactions, including POS operation and clientele record management.
• Immaculate visual merchandising and presentation standards aligned with luxury Nemacolin, Forbes, and AAA expectations.
• Careful handling of special orders, gift services, and bespoke guest and member requests with urgency and precision.
• Professional resolution of guest and member inquiries or concerns with discretion and grace.
• Consistent support of inventory control, merchandising standards, and loss prevention procedures.
• Close collaboration with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest and member experiences beyond the retail space.
• Adherence to all resort policies, appearance standards, and operational guidelines.
• Active participation in departmental meetings and training sessions to refine product and service knowledge.
