BENARI JEWELERS in Newtown Square and Exton, PA seeks an Inventory Manager and Luxury Concierge to elevate client experiences in our premium showroom. The role combines hospitality with operational support, ensuring flawless service from arrival to departure while coordinating with sales and events.

You will welcome guests, assist with VIP appointments, manage sign‑ins, and support opening/closing, marketing events, and staff communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Professional appearance and polished etiquette.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest within moments of entering the showroom.
• Engage guests in genuine conversation to understand their visit.
• Escort clients to the appropriate sales professional or seating area.
• Offer beverages and refreshments.
• Monitor guest comfort throughout their visit.
• Thank every guest upon departure and invite them to return.
• Maintain a five-star hospitality experience at all times.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
• Assist with VIP appointments and special events.
• Coordinate guest arrivals with the sales team.
• Notify associates promptly of waiting clients.
• Professionally answer incoming telephone calls.
• Schedule appointments and relay client messages.
• Maintain client sign-in procedures.
• Assist with store opening and closing
• Support marketing events and client appreciation functions as needed.
