As a Luxury Jewelry Consultant at Nemacolin, you will serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for the resort, welcoming guests and members into an elevated jewelry environment where exceptional service, product expertise, and genuine connection come together.

What You Will Create


  • Warm, personalized, and anticipatory service for resort guests and members

  • Impeccable presentation of jewelry displays, showcases, merchandise, and the overall retail environment
  • Consistent adherence to inventory control, security, loss prevention, and merchandise handling procedures
  • Accurate maintenance of clientele and clientele records to support personalized follow-up and relationship development
  • Professional resolution of guest and member questions or concerns with discretion, confidence, and grace

What You Bring


  • 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, high-end hospitality, or a comparable client-facing environment
  • Previous experience selling fine jewelry, watches, luxury accessories, or other high-value merchandise preferred
  • A genuine passion for jewelry, luxury products, and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Strong sales instincts with the ability to achieve goals while maintaining a consultative, relationship-focused approach
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to confidently discuss products and translate technical or design details into engaging stories for guests
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when handling merchandise and transactions
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional presence
  • A natural ability to establish trust and build lasting client relationships
  • Strong discretion and sound judgment when working with high-value merchandise and guest information

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous luxury retail, fine jewelry, hospitality, or sales experience preferred

  • Experience with POS systems and clientele or customer relationship management systems preferred
  • Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including standing for extended periods and safely handling merchandise
