Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Fine Dining Steakhouse Executive Chef for an upscale Charleston, SC steakhouse group renowned for high-end execution and distinctive culture. The right candidate will lead a scratch-kitchen program, drive teams through training and coaching, and deliver exceptional food, drink, and service while maintaining operational excellence.

This role requires leadership, hands-on cooking, and a passion for perfection.

Qualifications

• Must have high-end steakhouse experience.
• No more than three jobs in the last five years with steady progression.
• Operations-driven, passionate, open-minded, and hands-on.
• Appreciation for the finer things and 100% scratch kitchen.
• A can-do attitude is critical.
