Qualifications

• Must have high-end steakhouse experience.
• No more than three jobs in the last five years with steady progression.
• Operations-driven, passionate, open-minded, and hands-on.
• Appreciation for the finer things and 100% scratch kitchen.
• A can-do attitude is critical.

Responsibilities

• Builds teamwork through proper training, deployment, and communication.
• Understands performance criteria and holds self and the team accountable through coaching and follow-through.
• Understands and executes an action plan to achieve goals.
