Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Fine Dining Steakhouse Executive Chef for our upscale steakhouse in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will lead kitchen operations, maintain a 100% scratch kitchen, and drive exceptional food, drink and service in a high-end setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training, accountability, and a hands-on leadership style. Compensation includes a competitive base salary up to $125k, major medical/dental/vision and 401k, performance-based raises and promotions,

Qualificações

• Must have High-End Steakhouse Experience.
• No more than three jobs in the last five years, with steady progression through career.
• Must be operations-driven, passionate, open-minded, and hands‑on.
• Appreciation for the finer things and 100% scratch kitchen.
