Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in culinary leadership and fine dining.
• Certification in Hospitality-related field preferred.
• Strong communication across teams.
• Excellent food & beverage knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a strong focus on Enlightened Hospitality and team development.
• Manage daily kitchen operations ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
• Direct and mentor Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to meet recipe and prep standards.
• Ensure health code compliance and cleanliness across the kitchen.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing feedback and growth opportunities.
