Job summary

Sorelle is seeking a Server Assistant to support dining room service and assist servers throughout shifts. You will clear tables, reset stations, serve water, and help the kitchen expedite service while upholding a pleasant, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of fine dining service experience.
• Knowledge of service and food & beverage, and thorough knowledge of fine dining.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain high cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform duties per Sorelle manuals.
• Perform side work for assigned station.
• Welcome guests with responsive, professional service.
• Answer questions about menu or wine list.
• Set and bus tables; stock stations and linen.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and safe environment.
• Operate cash register POS and basic computer systems.
