We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Fine Dining Servers to join our team, both part‑time and full‑time. As a Fine Dining Server, you will play a pivotal role in creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. You will provide exceptional service while showcasing your knowledge of our Italian cuisine and ensuring that each guest feels attended to and valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, guiding them through the dining experience.
• Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings.
• Take accurate and personalized orders, ensuring specific dietary requirements and preferences are noted.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to established service standards.
• Suggest and recommend menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the dining experience.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or issues.
• Actively participate in opening and closing side work, setup, cleanup.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area and section, including table setup, silverware, glassware, and condiments.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with integrity.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Fine Dining Server or in a similar role within a high‑end restaurant is preferred.
• Exceptional knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and cocktail offerings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, providing attentive service during busy periods.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high service standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems, app technologies and basic math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling.

Working Conditions

Our flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Our restaurant operates in a fast‑paced environment, and Fine Dining Servers must be able to handle high levels of activity while maintaining professionalism and grace.

Compensation

Compensation: $8.98 per hour
